Why should I become a registered user?

You receive one (1) point for every one ($1.00) dollar spent, sixty (60) points for each accepted item review, one hundred (100) points earned for referring a friend who makes a purchase.  When you accumulate twenty (20) points then you may redeem for one dollar ($1.00) off your next order. For example, you have one hundred and sixty (160 ) points earned on your account then you will receive $8.00 off your next order.
How do I place an order? 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store and add any items you wish to buy into “Add to Cart”. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying these goods.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Also, we accept gift certificates that have been purchased online or gift certificates awarded to you for your dedication to the sport. All cards are authorized at the point of ordering which will require the cardholder’s full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. On your statement from the bank the charge will appear as Gym Star Apparel.
Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. This means that you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. Please note that we do not, under any circumstance store or save any credit card details and only refunds may be processed without the credit card number.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed Monday thru Friday prior to 1:00pm CST, the order may be shipped the same day, if you place your order anytime after that or on a federal holiday then your order will be shipped on the next available business day.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Check your junk email folder as confirmation emails may be filtered here. If you do not receive this email please call 1-888-720-4977 to confirm that the order has been placed. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. We will contact you by email or telephone regarding any delivery delays. We reserve the right to hold an order that receives the free shipping promotion until items are in stock, this includes pre-order and special order items.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We currently ship with Canada Post.  You choose the service which suits you best. If you choose the complimentary shipping then your order will ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel.
What are your shipping fees?
We are excited to offer you complimentary shipping on orders shipped in Canada, Free on all orders over $89.00. If you choose express shipping then regular charges will apply. You must select the "Expedited Parcel $0.00'' option to receive complimentary shipping.  To receive a quote for shipping, add the requested items to your cart and then proceed to checkout and there you will notice a shipping estimator which provides you with transit times and rates for you to view before purchasing. The shipping costs are generated directly from Canada Post website and are calculated by the product weight and your postal code at the time of order.
What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order please login to your account at anytime. You will also receive an email that will contain your tracking information and you may track your order using your tracking number on the Canada Post website. If the carrier attempted to deliver your parcel but no one was there to accept then you will receive a notification card and/or email stating so. Also, when it has been delivered you will receive notification as well so that you know that it is waiting for you if you happened to not be present your specified shipping address at delivery time.
Do you offer gift certificates?
As this makes a handy and quick gift offering, we most certainly do offer gift certificates ranging from $25.00 to $1,500.00 denominations. You may email the gift certificate as a gift to someone or you may email to yourself, print off from your printer and insert into a card or whatever you choose.
Do you ship overseas or international?
Unfortunately, Gym Star Apparel only ships within Canada.  
What is your privacy policy?
We value our relationship with you and your privacy is very important to us. Trust that we protect your personal information and that our servers are secure. We will never share your email address or personal information with any third parties.  “Personal information" means any information by which you can be identified or contacted, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone numbers necessary to process and ship your order, and we assure you that your personal information is transmitted over secure servers. When we process a credit card transaction, your information is forwarded directly to our credit card processor for authorization. We further guarantee you will only pay for authorized items that you have ordered.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format and we never retain credit card numbers on file.
Do you have a size chart?
We most definitely do and please note that the sizing varies from GASP to Better Bodies men’s so please make sure that you reference each chart accordingly. The fit also depends on the style of the item.  For example, a ribbed tank will be more form fitting and therefore, please order what is comfortable for you.  Also, if you ever need any assistance with sizing, please contact us at where we have a special form with regards to sizing and rest assured we will respond to your email within 4 business hours.
Want to measure your inseam?
Take your shoes off and measure from your crotch/package (yup we said it!) to the floor, along the inside of your leg.  
Depending on the individual's height, pants may need to be hemmed. Be sure that you are wearing the shoes you would normally wear while pinning the pants. Hem the pants at least to the bottom of the heel. Most individuals  actually prefer their pants to be hemmed a bit longer for a more comfortable relaxed style but it all depends on you.

Are there any items that can’t be returned/exchanged?
Clearance items, underwear, headwear, water bottles and gift certificates are all final sales please.
What is the Wish List feature?
This feature allows you to:
• Save the items that you're thinking about buying.
• E-mail them to a friend for a second opinion, drop a hint, or send just for fun.
These items will remain on your Wish List page until the next time you visit our site, as long as they are still in stock. Your Wish List is NOT the same thing as your Shopping Bag. When you decide to purchase an item, you will need to move it from your Wish List to your Shopping Bag in order to complete your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return/exchange policy
If you find that any product is unsuitable,we ask that you please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email to or call us at 1.888.720.4977 to receive your authorization number (RMA) to ship back to us.  For exchanges please advise which item, size and color so that we may reserve this item for you. Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned to us with all hangtags attached which may subject to inspection. Please ship your insured return/exchange to:

Please then tend to shipping the product back in a timely manner to us with your RMA marked on the outside. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will advise you once it has been received and facilitate your request for exchange or refund and ship it back to you at our cost, if we are exchanging for you. Products that you returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender or may result in unnecessary processing delays.
Kindly note: clearance items (excluding monthly promotions @ 25% off), posing trunks, underwear, socks, headwear (excluding size-specific caps), water bottles, shakers & e-gift cards are all final sale.
When will my credit card be refunded from a return?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please allow up to 5 business days  for this amount to be reflected on your bank account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The refund will show up as Gym Star Apparel on your statement.

Availability. We do try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We will do our best to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
What is the optimum way to care for the garments?
For longer lasting garments, we recommend they be washed in cold water and then hung or laid flat to dry or on a medium heat in the dryer. This is better for the environment too! Many of the mesh garments take very little time to dry as well. Do not use fabric softener, as this will inhibit the fabric's wicking abilities. Please do not wash with any other garments with velcro, zippers or other abrasive accessories.
Do you reward customers for loyalty?

How do I write a review?
Thanks for asking. To write a review on one of our products that you have purchased please click on the item you wish to rave about and in blue type you will see “Review this product” or “Be the first to review this product”, if no one has done so yet and click on this option. A screen will pop up “ Write Your Own Review” and you use your user name ( to identify you when handing out the Loyalty points) and insert a brief Summary of your review such as “Killed it in the gym with these ...” and then proceed to write the remainder of your review and then Submit. We will then receive your submission and review it. Once we approve your review you will receive an extra 30 points for doing so. Reviews really assist others in deciding on whether the product is for them or not. Please note that you must have purchased the item from us to review – C’mon this is so easy that we need to keep it fair.
What is the sales tax rate?
The applicable GST amount will be charged to all orders across Canada. Applicable Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be included on all orders based on shipping addresses within Saskatchewan.
What if I can’t add items to my shopping cart?
Please ensure that you have your cookies enabled in the web browser you are using. Web cookies are simply small information packets placed on your computer when you browse websites. Websites use cookies so they can track what you are viewing, and although they won't necessarily know you by name, the website will recognize your computer when you come back to visit again.
I did not receive all of the items I ordered?!
If an item was not in stock at the time of checkout, “* This product is not available in the requested quantity. 1 of the items will be backordered” would have been displayed for you to note. This means that those items will ship separately at no extra charge to you when they arrive in the warehouse, within 10 business days.  Your packing slip will state all items which were shipped to you.
