Fit tip: the smaller number in the chart would represent the size for a tight fit item, the large number represents the size of a loose fit item
It is always up to you to decide what size to choose based on what you are most comfortable in.
How to Measure:
Chest - Measure around the fullest part across the  front chest with NO flexing(do not include the upper lats) and around your back, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape horizontal. Note: this is not the same as your jean size number.
Seat / Bottom - Measure around the fullest part across the seat, keeping the tape horizontal.
Inseam - Measure along your leg from crotch down to floor, while standing straight. Also note on loose fit items the crotch will hang lower, so take this into consideration.
