CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

Do I need to register before I place an order? No, you do not need to register before placing an order. You may check out as a Guest and you will have the opportunity to create an account when you are finished your order. How do I register? To register, please click HERE.

Why should I register with Gym Star Apparel Canada? Registering is fast, free, and easy! Here are the benefits: 1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. 2. You can browse, shop, and complete your order at a later time. The items that are placed in your Shopping Cart will be saved so that when you come back later, you will not have to search for and re-select the items again. 3. Having an account will allow you to write product reviews, which when approved can earn you credits to get a discount on future purchases.

Please note: Placing your items in the Shopping Cart does not guarantee the availability of your items at the time of checkout. How do I change the details of my account? You can change your account information by visiting “My Account” in the top navigation. From your account dashboard, you can view your orders, manage your shipping and billing address.

ORDERS

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Sezzle, PayPal, Visa-Debit/MasterCard-Debit cards which are processed under the credit card.

Do prices displayed on the website include taxes? Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax  (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page in our Canadian currency.

During a sale the item I want isn't being discounted? As it can be tedious to list all exceptions of a sale in our newsletters or graphics if your item isnt being discounted, then it is likely your item is excluded. Some examples of excluded items are: protein powders, food products and we also have a selection of clothing and accessories that are considered "Everyday Low Priced", which means it's advertised retail price is to be considered a full time sale price.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, but please email us at sales@gymstar.ca to facilitate any requests or changes.

How do I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order, click on “My Account” and then the orders screen. Select the order you wish to view by clicking “View” on the right side beside the order information.  At the top of the page, you will see “About This Order:” followed by “Order Information”, “Invoices” and “Shipments”. As updates become available, you will be able to view the details pertaining to your order.

SHIPPING

What shipping options can I choose from? We use Canada Post as our main package carrier, Please visit our “Shopping Cart” page for estimates based on your address.

What countries do you ship to? At this time we currently only ship to Canada.

Where can I locate my tracking number? We send out tracking information by email and SMS, as well as can be found by logging into your account dashboard. You can track your order by entering your Reference Number in the tracking area on the Canada Post website HERE.

One of my items was defective, what do I do? If your merchandise arrives with an issue, please email sales@gymstar.ca and we will assist you as quickly as possible. if possible please provide photos with the first email.

There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do? Please email sales@gymstar.ca as soon as possible if you made an error in your shipping address.

Please note: We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order has shipped. My tracking number shows that my item should have been delivered by now but I haven’t received it. What do I do? Please check all areas where delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, the front desk of an apartment building, a neighbor’s house). If the order has not been found, please email sales@gymstar.ca and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Never worry as all our shipments carry insurance for worst-case scenario,

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy for items purchased online? Please view our return policy for online orders HERE.

How soon will I receive a refund for my online return? Refunds are processed 3-5 business days after your return is received, which is when you will receive the email notification of the refund.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNT CODES

How do I redeem my Gift Card online? While in your Shopping Cart, input your gift card number in the “Coupon Code / Gift Card” section found on the bottom-right side of the screen and select “Apply Code”. Then, press “Proceed To Checkout” and proceed with the rest of the check-out process.

Do you sell e-Giftcards? YES, please visit this link HERE. Type in your desired amount and then click “Add to Cart”, to send this to you your recipient, you can either forward the email that contains the gift card information and code. Or before purchase on the “Checkout” screen below your billing address is the area “Send Coupons to…”, which you can choose to send to yourself or directly “Gift to someone else”, where you can enter, recipient’s email address, delivery date and time and a custom message.

MISC

What are your store hours? Our store hours are Monday – Friday from 10am – 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am – 3 pm. For directions see HERE.

If the promotion changes, can I receive a price adjustment on a previous purchase? We do not allow price adjustments on previous purchases.

Can I sell my products in your stores? We are not currently looking for any new suppliers. Thank you for your interest in our company.

How do I apply for a job in one of your stores? Please email your resume to proshop@gymstar.ca.

I am a fashion blogger, how can I collaborate with Gym Star Apparel Canada? We are always on the lookout to collaborate with amazing bloggers and influencers! If you are a in working with us at Gym Star Apparel please contact: sales@gymstar.ca and tell us about yourself.

Is it possible for me to open a new location in my town? We do not currently offer franchising opportunities.

Can I purchase clothing from you wholesale? We do not offer wholesale purchases on our products. Merchandise is sold exclusively at our store and online only. But you can work with us as an influencer and earn commissions on sales generated..
