At Gym Star Apparel, we understand that finding the perfect fit for your fitness apparel can be a challenge. We want to extend our sincere gratitude for your order and assure you that we truly understand the dedication and hard work you put into your fitness journey. We work tirelessly to provide high-quality bodybuilding clothes for our Canadian customers, just like you work hard in the gym. We know that it can be frustrating when an item doesn’t fit quite right, and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a return policy, so within 14 days of delivery, you can receive a refund or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns must not be washed, worn or damaged with all original tags and packaging present.
RETURNS ONLINE
- Regular-priced clothing items are returned for free. Please fill out the return request form to receive your return shipping label within 14 days of delivery.
- Items purchased on a discount up to 25% off can be returned within 30 days of receiving. You must fill out the return request form within 14 days of receiving the item. A return fee will be deducted from your refund and varies from region to region. This return fee ranges from $10 to $20 and the total will be confirmed when you submit the form.
- Any orders that received a discount of 25% off or more are final sales and are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Lifting accessories can be returned within 30 days of receiving. You must fill out the return request form within 14 days of receiving the item. A return fee will be deducted from your refund and varies from region to region. The estimated return fee can range from $10 to $25 and the total will be confirmed when you submit the form (varies based on weight, size and lcoation).
There will be no returns on the following:
- clearance items as marked and/or any item on sale OR PROMO 50% off or more
- SUPPLEMENTS OR FOOD ITEMS
- Used lifting accessories
- GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges online, so we recommend returning your order and placing a new order. If you are unsure if an item can be returned, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before buying by emailing sales@gymstar.ca. We want to do everything we can to help you find the perfect fit. If you have an issue with the quality, please email us including images of the defect and we will get back to you very quickly to make it right.
HOW TO MAIL BACK AN ONLINE RETURN
Follow the two steps below to complete online returns for refunds.- Please reference the Canada Post website for hours of operation and accessible return drop-off locations. Pack and ship your return, following the instructions outlined in the Return Label Email. Regular-priced items not on sale or promo can be return. If you return an item and take a refund in the form of a gift card the return label is free, otherwise a fee is applied to a refund on the original payment method.
- Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 days. As soon as your return is complete, we will e-mail you and let you know. After you receive this email please allow your payment provider up to 7 business days to process and post the funds. Please keep a record of the tracking number handy.
